About Artis Suite 3 apartment

This is a bright and welcoming apartment in Amsterdam. The large windows, including a small bay window, fill the living room with daylight. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Next to the kitchen is a modern bathroom with sink, shower and bathtub. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, the smaller bedroom has two single beds.

The apartment offers the following amenities and services:

- 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with double bed)
- Complete Bathroom with bath tub & shower
- Separate toilet in the hallway
- Spacious living area with sofa, flatscreen TV and DVD player
- Dining table with chairs for 4 people
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee-machine, kettle and microwave
- Iron & ironing board
- Hairdryer
- Wireless internet
- Bed linen and towels are provided

Additionnal information:
- the 5% tourist tax is already included in the total of the booking
- Check in is at the local office in Amsterdam between 14:00 and 22:00. Check in at the apartment is possible upon request for an extra 25 euro.
- If your arrival is after 22:00 the check-in will take place at the apartment. We will charge a late check-in fee of 50 euro for that.
- An early check-in between 10:00 and 14:00 may be possible upon request and would be charged 30 euro extra.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given are as follow:
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the balance due (total accommodation cost minus pre payment) will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice no-show: 100% of the total balance due will be charged.

Leuk en mooi ingericht appartement, schoon vooral ook. Het personeel op kantoor was erg vriendelijk en werden we goed geholpen. Amsterdam is gewoon geweldig.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 22:00

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
