The apartment is situated on the front of the building and both the bedroom and living area offer you magnificent canal views.
This apartment receives lots of light, with a wall of north-facing windows that extends from the living area to bedroom; It has 4 metre (13 ft.) high ceilings.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

- Bedroom with Kingsize bed can be separated in two twin beds.
- Walk-in closet and Television in bedroom
- Complete bathroom with large bathtub and shower
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, convection oven and dishwasher

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of deposit(*) will be refunded if cancellation is made 3 weeks or more before arrival date.
- No refund of deposit if cancellation is made within 3 weeks of arrival.
- Full payment of booking is due if cancelled within 72 hours of the beginning of your stay or no show.

(*) In case of credit card refunds, the initial credit card transaction charge on the deposit of 5% plus the refund transaction charge of 5% will be deducted from the refund to cover the credit card charges incurred by Habitat Apartments.

the apartment is really nice, attractive design and with all comforts. The apartment\'s location is strategic, central, on a very beautiful canal, near supermarkets and bus stop and also near many cafes and excellent restaurants.

From the moment we met us to show us around the apartment, to the minute we left for the airport,there was nothing wanting in this devine little piece of paradise overlooking the Keizergracht Canal. We can't wait to return in the summer for another dose.

- For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 3 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

- A 50.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 15:00
- Early check-in is possible from 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:30 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
