This apartment is situated on the front of the building, with 4 large windows overlooking the canal from both the living area and bedroom. It is light and spacious, with 3 metre high ceilings.

The apartment offers you the following amenities and services:

- 1 bedroom with double bed, television and DVD player
- Marble bathroom with bath tub, shower and separate toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, large oven, gas stove and necessary cooking utensils.)
- Living room with L-shaped couch (can be used as sofa-bed)
- IPod/iPhone play/docking station and CD player in the living room
- Flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room
- Hairdryer
- Iron & ironing board

- This is a non-smoking apartment
- Weekly cleaning: If you stay more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, one cleaning is included in the middle of your stay.

 Excluded from the price are:

- A fixed-line telephone is available in all apartments.  Please let us know if you would like it connected.
- €15 fee for connecting the phone line.

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of deposit(*) will be refunded if cancellation is made 3 weeks or more before arrival date.
- No refund of deposit if cancellation is made within 3 weeks of arrival.
- Full payment of booking is due if cancelled within 72 hours of the beginning of your stay or no show.

(*) In case of credit card refunds, the initial credit card transaction charge on the deposit of 5% plus the refund transaction charge of 5% will be deducted from the refund to cover the credit card charges incurred by Habitat Apartments.

      This is an absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. It is in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to all the shopping, restaurants, and lively Dam Sqaure. We visit amstersdam several times a year to visit family and have stayed in hotels, B&B;'s, and other rentals.

      The property is beautifully furnished, and the rooms are a great size. You have a wonderful view of the canal on Herengracht. It is peaceful, very little traffic, and in an excellent location - we loved the Western canal side of amsterdam the best - not as crowded and touristy as the more central areas. There are some wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. You can really feel what it is like to actually live in amsterdam by staying in this apartment. Superb.

      Simply put the apartment was wonderful. It was so spacious and has an incredible view from both the huge living area as well as the Bedroom. It was in the perfect location for us and we were able to walk and see much of amsterdam on foot due to the great location. Another great thing was how peacful and quite the street outside was. No noise whatsover added to the experiance. I can think of nothing negative about our stay.
