Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Gebäudes, das einst einen Militär-Stall war.
Es wurde im April 2005 restauriert und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size Bett, welches im Obergeschoss des Apartments liegt.

Das Apartment verfügt über folgende Ausstattung und Services:

Prices
Hauptsaison ( April bis Oktober, Ostern und Weihnachten ) : ab 95 bis 110 € für 2 Personen.
Nebensaison ( November bis März ) : ab 75 bis 85 € for 2 Personen.
Hochsaison ( Kongresse, Messen, besondere Events ) : ab 115 bis 180 € für 2 Personen.
jeder weitere Erwachsene: 20 €. Kinder: 10 €. Für Babies wird nicht extra berechnet.

      Overall I was extremely satisfied with Habitat Apartments and the Olivera Apt. Giovanna was very courteous, prompt, and helpful and had some great tips for the area. Location was great, although coming into the apartment at night was very dark, could use some more lighting. The bakery next door and plaza down the street were great, made me feel like I was living in Poble Sec and not a tourist. I felt right at home at the apartment and really enjoyed the kitchen and that the bedroom was upstairs. Thanks! Will definitely rent again with Habitat and recommend to others!! Best, Dana

      Very nice appartment, great location. The apartment is nicely decorated and quite large. We felt at home the moment we arrived. Shops and bakery just across the street. Friendy owner - great tips about Restaurants nearby. The only negative point is the inventory. You have to buy everything for yourself: Washing up liquid, trash bags, toilet paper.

      We had a superb stay in this lovely apartment which is in a brilliant location. Nice high ceilings, air-con and mod cons to ensure a lovely stay. Very near metro and short walk to center. Grocery, bakery and loads more on doorstep. Great service and punctual meets with keys etc. Total pleasure to deal with. Will return to BCN and Olivera again very soon!

      We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was our first visit to barcelona and we were extremely happy with the apartment and the city, we would recommend the apartment to friends and we will definitely come back.

    Lage dieses Apartments in Barcelona

    Das Apartment liegt ganz in der Nähe des Montjuïc, dem Hügel,der den Süden Barcelonas dominiert. Hier wurde sowohl die Weltausstellung 1888, als auch die olympischen Spiele 1992 abgehalten, während die Hinterlassenschaft dieser beiden Events immernoch allgegenwärtig ist. Im Poble Español, das zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, wurden verschiedene regionale spanische Baustile wiederhergestellt. Außerdem finden Sie Fira Barcelona, das Messegelände, welches immernoch die Pavillions der Weltasustellung verwendet, das Kunst Museum, das Olympiastadion und den "Magischen Brunnen", mit seiner spektakulären allabendlichen Licht und Sound Show.

    Die nächste Metro Station (Linie 3) ist 5 Minuten entfernt und bringt Sie schnell zur Las Ramblas und an den Plaza Catalunya.
