Das Fira 1 Apartment ist ein modernes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern welches in der gleichnamigen Straße in Hospitalet einem Randbezirk von Barcelona ganz in der Nähe des Messegeländes liegt.

Das Apartment bietet Ihnen eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung, in der sich Design und erstklassige Materialien vereinen.  Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.


Es verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer mit großen Kleiderschränken, ein en-suite Badezimmer, ein zweites Schlafzimmer, sowie einen gräumigen Wohn-Essbereich und eine schöne Terrasse im Innenhof des Gebäudes.

    The appartement is in good location(close to the metro station- 15 minutes to Plaza Catalunya). Safe neighbourhood, competent and punctual landlords(we arrived at 1 a.m.)The appartement itself is cosy, clean and spacious(two bedrooms and a dining room). There are towels and bathroom amenities.The kitchen is well equipped. In general - good place to stay for a couple of days

      Overall a great apartment, clean, safe, and one which offers everything that one could desire whilst on their stay in Barcelona, whether you consist of a party of 2 or 4. The proximity of the Metro station makes it only a short train ride into the centre of the city, but at the same time it is very close to the airport, which can be accessed by the city bus service. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly, especially if you are staying a week or so and are able to get a good deal.

      Location: Convenient to the square where you can catch the bus shuttle, and major tour buss companies have multiple stops. Quick walk to the Catedral and La Rambla. Service: Habitat was quick to confirm, provided good information prior to make it easy. The mgr that met us was one of the most kind persons I have ever met. Only a 10 minute wait when we arrived for the keys. Price: Found the SAME place on another site for MUCH more, Habitat was 20% less with a last minute special. The location made it great, corridor to the entrance and multiple locks made it very safe feeling once entering. Would book again if things were fixed.

      The apartment location is absolutely outstanding! - Only two blocks away from Las Ramblas in the Barri Gothic, yet very quiet, peaceful, and enchanting. The apartment was great, the greeter was great, the entire process worked flawlessly. I will gladly use it again.

      Almost everything was excellent. Contact person (Matias) was very friendly and punctual. Equipment is in a perfect state and it covered 100% of our needs. Location might seem enough far from the center of Barcelona, but the metro station is very close (4-5 minutes), so apartment is situated in 20 minutes from the Placa Catalunya. Near apartment is located good supermarket "Mercadona" (3-4 minutes). Hints: 1. In the living room air-conditioner can refresh an air, but bedrooms are stuffy. We have found solution in opening the door of bedroom and powerful conditioner quickly cools it. 2. It would be great, if we could find in apartment 2-3 tablets for dishwasher and 2-3 additional toilet rolls.

    Lage dieses Apartments in Barcelona

    Die Fira Apartments liegen in der gleichnamigen Straße ganz in der Nähe des Plaza Cerda, im Barcelonas Randbezirk Hospitalet.

    Die Metro Station Santa Eulalia befindet sich nur 200 Meter vom Gebäude entfernt und bringt Sie direkt zum Plaza Catalunya dem absoluten Zentrum der Stadt. Die Apartments sind außerdem ganz in der Nähe des Messezentrums Fira Barcelona oder des Montjuic Parks (in dem Sie das Poble Espanyol, die Montjuic Burg, einen großartigen Ausblick über Barcelona sowie das Olympiastadium finden) gelegen.

    Die Straßen in der Nähe der Buenos Aires Apartments sind ruhig und bieten einige Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.
