Das Colom 1 Einzimmerwohnung Apartment ist zentral gelegen und die optimale Wahl für Paare die einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Barcelona genießen wollen. Das Apartment, mit Ausblick auf die berühmteste Straße Las Ramblas, ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Kathedrale und dem Plaza Catalunya entfernt.

Colom 1 befindet sich im selben Gebäude wie Colom 2.

HINWEIS: Einige Bauarbeiten findet im Gebäude nebenan.

      The apartment was great. It's very close to a metro stop, the huge market, and the port. The apartment is just around the corner from the famous Las Ramblas. The heating worked well. The kitchen is large and had the utensils we needed. The only negative is that the shower is small. Everything else was perfect.

      This apartment is very centrally located in Barcelona, just off La Rambla. -Lots of attractions are within walking distance -Metro stop around the corner -Perfect sized apartment for a couple -Reasonably equipped kitchen

      Great location! It's a studio apartment. Very large room with queen bed and fold out sofa. AC is a little noisy, bed is wobbly, bathroom is small. But there is a full kitchen and high celling. And did I mention location already?

      The apartment was very good overall. The shower was a little on the small side and there were noise from the renovation next door but it did not reduce our enjoyment of the apartment, conveniently located just off the Ramblas, all the restaurants and beautiful shops. We loved it. Good exercise to walk up the stairs ( there is an old elevator but we never used it except for carry the luggage. I would have no hesitation staying there again. The apartment had everything we need for our week stay.

      Excellent experience from start to finish. Online reservation was a cinch. email correspondence was very satisfactory. Comprehensive instructions provided to easily find the apartment, and a staff member was awaiting or arrival to set us up. Apt was as described. Best location you could ask for to experience Barcelona.

      Un servicio excelente. Personal muy disponible y serio. Seguramente recomendaremos el piso a nuestros amigos. Y absolutamente nos serviremos de los servicios de Habitat para otras ocasiones. Una sola cosa. La persona que alquila el piso debe saber que estar en el corazòn del Barrio Gòtico tiene un precio... El ruido de la calle es casi constante. Un servizio esemplare. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Sicuramente raccomanderemo Habitat ai nostri amici. Una sola cosa per i futuri inquilini. Si deve essere consapevoli che stare nel cuore del Barrio Gòtico ha un prezzo: il rumore per la strada non finisce mai. Se avete problemi per dormire cercate un posto un pò più lontano da questa zona. Habitat ha questi appartamenti, noi si voleva essere in Plaza Reial e siamo stati benissimo.

      Good location for eating out, convenient to metro, train & tourist attractions. Pictures were accurately & nicely presented. Great srevices & good selection of appliances. Very good for the price. Internet access was great. Maybe another drying clothes rack would be good for 4 people. Esperanza (the representative) was fantastic, very helpful & friendly. We had a great time in Barcelona and will recommend you to our friends & family. Thanks!

      We were two people staying in Colom 1, apartment in between Las Ramblas and Plaza Reial. The apartment has a fantastic location, and it is spacious and well-equiped. The price was a steal for a three-night stay in Nov. The pictures on the website are exactly what you see from the balcony. It has a well-equiped kitchen; the ceilings are high and the bed is big and comfy. There is a nice sofa too. I would stay there again - a very nice apartment.

    Das Apartment, das an der Kreuzung zwischen der Vidre und Escudellers Straße liegt, ist ein unschlagbarer Ausgangspunkt zu den wichtigsten Attraktionen Barcelonas. Es befindet sich im Barri Gotic, nur 50 Meter vom Plaza Reial, einem eleganten von Palmen gesäumten Platz und der Las Ramblas, dem lebendigen Fußgängerboulevard im Herzen der Stadt.
