Ein komfortables 80m2 Apartmet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, zentral gelegen im Viertel Eixample Das Apartment ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ps de Gracia entfernt und perfekt geeignet für 4 Personen, aufgrund seiner 2 Badezimmer bzw. Schlafzimmer.

Dieses Apartment bietet folgende Ausstattung und Services:

  • 2 Schlafzimmer. Beide mit Queen Size Betten.
  • 2 Badezimmer. Eines mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne / Dusche.
  • Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Tisch mit 4 Stühlen.

    Overall my stay and experience at Casanova and with Habitat was a positive one. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. Your response through e-mail as well as the 24h line was great. You would benefit by having a wifi connection. We also had the lights go out about 6 times. We received 2 sets of keys, however, a third would have made it all perfect since we were three. Other then that, I am very pleased with your services.

      Lovely apartment, excellent location and service was perfect. Only problem was that air con in one of the bedroom leaked, although someone came round straight away to look at it (& fixed). There is quite a lot of damp, but nothing that a few hour regrouting wouldn't sort out!

      The bedrooms were both very spacious and the property was clean. This was a great base to explore Barcelona as most of the sites were in walking distance and for those slightly further away the tube station was a 5 min walk away.

      We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona! The apartment was great and had everthing that we needed. I would recommend habitat apartments to my family and friends.

      The apartment is great, comfortable, well equiped and spacious. Location is perfect. The only thing is that the cleaning should be improved, specially the showers, removing hair from the last guests... There was a big bag at the entrance of the apartment with dirty and wet towels from the last guests for 3 days of our 5 days stay...(laundry guy forgot to pick them up). Habitat solved this problem with the cleaning and customer. Other than that I would definitely recommend the place ;)

      I would just like to say that I enjoyed my holiday in Barcelona and I really like the Casanova Apartment. It was a lot better than I expected. It looked the same as it did in the photos and it was very clean and well furnished.

    Lage dieses Apartments in Barcelona

    Das Apartment liegt in der Calle Casanova und gleich neben der Calle Diputacio und Gran Via. Dieses Viertel nennt sich Eixample, welches eine elegante "Erweiterung" von Barcelona ist und um die Jahrhundertwende errichtet wurde um die obere Mittelklasse der Stadt unterzubringen.

    Ein 5-minütiger Fußmarsch bringt Sie ins multikulturelle Raval, welche ursprünglich eine der 'no-go' Gegenden der Satdt war und heute das zu Hause vieler exotischer Restaurants, modischer Bars, und trendigen Boutiquen oder unabhängiger Galerien ist. Barcelonas Museum moderner Kunst (MACBA) und und zeitgenössisches Kulturzentrum (CCCB) liegen beide in dieser Region.

    Die nächste Metro Station ist nur 400 Meter vom Apartment entfernt und bringt Sie direkt an den Plaza Catalunya und Plaza España. Außerdem finden Sie einige Busverbindungen in der Nähe, die zum Plaza Catalunya und Fira Barcelona fahren. Die Umgebung bietet eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants, Kaffeebars, sowie viele Lebensmittelhändler.
