Das Carders Apartment liegt im Viertel Born, ganz in der Nähe des Picasso Museums und dem beeindruckend umgestalteten Santa Catarina Markt. Es sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Kathedrale und dem Plaza Catalunya.

Das Apartment bietet folgende Ausstattung und Services:

  • 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queen Size Betten. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat das Badezimmer en suite.

      Appartement propre, bien insonorisé et très bien situé (proches de commerces, de restaurants et de nombreux lieux de visites, dans un quartier agréable et piétonnier). Petit problème : quand on utilise plusieurs appareils électriques en même temps (four + plaques électriques + télé + lampes + chauffage), l\'électricité disjoncte.

      We loved the apartment and the facilities. Security was great. Location was excellent -close to the Metro and markets. Las Ramblas was only a 10 minute walk. The only suggestion - although toilet paper was provided, there was nothing else. In all other apartments I have stayed, there was at least tea, coffee & milk, and salt & pepper sachets. Just a handful of the basics would have been good. Otherwise, we absolutely loved Barcelona and looked forward to returning 'home' after a day out.

      An excellent very well located and clean apartment. Secure and well equipped but could do with a tea towel! The area is interesting and well away from the Ramblas which is a positive but not too far away for people who want to do the tourist trails. Efficient and very pleasant and helpful company.       Brilliant location, we would definitely go back there again. The apartment is well equipped. The master bedroom looks into the building and so is really quiet and it has a blackout blind - I defy anyone to not sleep in there! The other bedroom opens onto the square which has tables served until midnight during the week and 1am Friday and Saturday nights. After that it is quiet enough to sleep without any problem. I think some nights it would be fine even earlier than that. Barcelona wakes up much later than the UK - 9.30am felt like 6am in the UK and our body clocks shifted so we were very pleasantly surprised with the levels of noise. We used the Airport Express Bus from Plaza Catalunya which was very convenient and we managed the walk with our wheely-bags. State of repair is generally good. Overall we were very pleased and had a great holiday there, thank you Habitat!

      Great location in Born, close to most of what you want to see in BCN, and very close to all kinds of shops to buy groceries, boutiques, and good, not expensive restaurants, including "Atril" which is literally underneath the apt, and is excellent. Apt is on a nice plaza with lots of outdoor seating. Also, highly recommend the Car Deluxe transfer service which they recommend, very reliable to get to the airport. The apt is rather minimal in terms of decoration, but has what you need in terms of appliances, and nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian only street.

      I rented this apt for a week for my family (two young daughters). I did a lot of checking and was confident in Habitat's reputation. It was as represented, no surprises. The location is just terrific and it is pretty quiet at night (heard some music and voices late on weekend but it is people having fun). The bathrooms are very nice. The building is quiet. We eate at El Atril, the restaurant below, it was quite pleasant. Felt safe in the area at night. Would highly recommend.

      I just wanted to send a quick message to thank you for your service while I stayed in the Carders apartment for 26 nights during August/September. The apartment was fabulous, catered very well for our needs and I really appreciated that you had also installed wireless internet access. That was a nice surprise on arrival. I also wanted to comment on how helpful the staff were from checking in to cleaners, through to the phone service when our we couldn’t work the AC. All in all, a great apartment provided by a great company. I will definitely book again.

      The roomy apartment is in a great location. Fabulous narrow maze-like streets a bit off the heaviest tourist circuit. Very close to many excellent food markets and points of interest. Open the windows and hear the almost non-stop "action" at the four cafes in the plaza adjacent to the apartment. Close the windows, and the apartment is totally quiet. The beds were a bit hard though.

      We have used your apartments in Barcelona before and were very impressed, we are going to salou - costa dorada in august and were wondering if you had any similar apartments there to rent out or knew of any similar companies that would have apartments to a high standard as yours?       Just a quick note to say”thank you” (or muchas gracias) for all the extra help and consideration that you extended to me on our visit. Everyone in our party really enjoyed our stay at the flat, and we would recommend it to anyone who was planning to spend more than one day in Barcelona.

    Das Carders Apartment liegt in einem schönen Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert im Viertel Born mit Blick auf die Carders Straße und Plaza Sant Cugat.
    Das Picasso Museum ist ganz in der Nähe, genauso wie die gothische Kathedrale. Die Umgebung selbst erhielt sich das Erscheinungsbild und Flair vergangener Jahrhunderte, mit engen Straßen und alten Steinhäusern, hat mittlerweile jedoch den Ruf einer der modernsten und unkonventionellsten Teile der Stadt zu sein.
    Wenn Sie nach einem schicken Restaurant, einer coolen Bar oder nach originellen Boutiquen suchen dann ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie.
