    great location:15 min to walk to the placa catalunya from where you can take the turistic bus, can touch very easy with a walking to LA PEDRERA, CASA BATLO, SAGRADA FAMILIA, ABGAR TOWER, LA RAMBLA, PICASSO Museum, CHOCOLATE Musem. very quiet, a lot of bars and restaurants around for eating and drinking, shopping. next time in Barcelona I will book the same apartment.

      We really enjoyed our short break in this apartment. It was a good size for 2 adults and our 2 teenage boys and was well equipped. It's in a quiet location, close to the metro, with many sights within 10-20 mins walk, and small supermarkets close by. A couple of suggestions - it would be good to provide a drying-up towel (in case you don't want to use the dishwasher) and extra toilet paper. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

      Excellent apartment and a fantastic experience with all basic essentials in place. As suggestion, I would like to mention, to have some basic items in the kitchen like oil, salt and peper. All in all, a very pleasent experience, hope to join you again in some other place soon. We will definilely com eback to Habitat.

      The problem with the air conditioning unfortunately spoiled our stay in Barcelona but Habitat's response has been very professional and attempts were made to fix the problem while were there. (Air con problem now fixed - Habitat). That said the apartment suited our needs very well. Thank you.

      Alibei 3 is a very quiet apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is close to restaurants, metro and supermarket. Only 10 minutes walk to Catalunya. Taxi rank close by at hotel on corner.

      El apartamento está situado muy cerca del centro turístico y la comunidad es nuevo. Los servicios son bastante completo y además funcionaren todos bien. La reclación calidad - precio es buena. Nuestra estancia ha ido muy agradable. The apartment is situated very close to the turistic centre and the neighborhood is very new. The service was very complete and everything was functioning properly. The balance between quality - price was excellent. We have had a very pleasant stay.

      Two bedroom apartment between three people and was very spacious and comfortable. Was close to metro, and a leisurely walk took us to many fantastic local eateries and shops. Would definitely recommend for families or friends travelling together. Only bad point was that the rubbish bin was abit broken, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. (Habitat Apartments - we sorry about that. It has now been replaced. Thank you!).

      The location was good. It was quiet at night, walkable to all the sights, shops and restaurants. Exactly as pictured on the website.       Fabulous apartment. Renovated from top to bottom. Greeted by representative. Not happy about having to spend 13 euros (taxi) to go to the office to have the luggage stored. Office staff extremely friendly and personable though.

    Lage dieses Apartments in Barcelona

    Das Alibei 3 Apartment liegt in der Calle Ali Bei, zwischen Calle Bailen und Passeig Sant Joan, im eleganten Viertel Eixample. Dies ist ziemlich genau das Zentrum Barcelonas, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas und dem Barrio Gotico entfernt. In der Nähe (15 Min zu Fuß) werden Sie außerdem den Passeig de Gracia finden, die nobelste Einkaufsstraße der Stadt und das zu Hause zweier der architektonischen Meisterwerke Barcelonas: Casa Batllo und Casa Mila, beide von Antoni Gaudi.

    Der größte Stadtpark, Parque Ciutadella und der Zoo sowie das modische Viertel Born liegen auch nur einen 10-minütigen Fußmarsch entlang dem Passeig San Joan entfernt. Auf dem Weg werden Sie an dem Arc de Triomf aus dem 18. Jahrhundert vorbeikommen, der einen seltenen Sieg der katalanischen Streitkräfte bezeugt, außerdem werden Sie des öfteren einheimische Rentner sehen, die Petanca spielen. In 10 Minuten gelangen Sie zu Fuß in die andere Richtung, zur Sagrada Familia, Anton Gaudis imposantes, exzentrisches und unvollendetes Meisterwerk.

    Die Straße neben dem Apartment ist das zu Hause einiger interessanter Restaurants, ebenso wie einer Vielfalt von Geschäften, Lebensmittelhändlern und eines Supermarktes. Der nächste Bahnhof liegt 200 Meter entfernt und bietet Anschluss an die Metro Linie 1 und rgeionale Zugverbindungen (entlang der Küste und ins Inland)
