High Season ( April to October ) : from 150 to 175 euros for 2 people.
Low Season ( November to March ) : from 110 to 120 euros for 2 people.
Peak dates ( Congress, Fires, Special Events, Easter and Christmas ) : from 180 to 320 euros for 2 people.
Extra Adult: 30 euros. Children: 20 euros. Babies are free.

I just wanted to send you a quick mail to say my mother, my sister and I had a lovely time in Barcelona a couple of weeks ago.
Our apartment (Art 3) was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Hola, My wife and three children have just returned to England from Barcelona after staying in the Art 3 apartment. This is to say thank you. Je vous envoie un mail rapide, pour vous dire que ma mère, ma soeur et moi avons passé du bon temps à Barcelone, il y a de cela deux semaines. Notre appartement (Art 3) fut très agréable et nous y avons vraiment passé un bon séjour.
Merci à vous deux pour nous rencontrer sur place et pour vos recommandations. Ce fût très agréable de vous rencontrer tous les deux. Je n´hésiterai pas à vous recommander à ma famille et mes amis, s´ils se rendent à Barcelone dans le futur, et je réserverai certainement pour une prochaine visite au Nouvel An. The apartment, on the corner of Vidre Street and Escudellers Street offers unbeatable access to the main attractions of Barcelona. It is located in the Barri Gotic, just 50 metres from Plaza Reial, an elegant palm-shaded square, and Las Ramblas, the thriving pedestrian boulevard at the heart of the old town. The area itself is a perplexing maze of narrow alleyways and enchanting squares which has changed very little over the centuries. Normally full of life, the Barri Gotic offers a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops for all tastes and budgets.
